What is the event

This event is a space for up to six artists* to share work that is in its early stages.

This can be solo work or work that includes other dancers/collaborators.

  • Do you have an idea that has had a little bit of play time, but you are not sure where it is going, or how to progress it?
  • Are you wondering how an audience may engage with your work?
  • Would you benefit from feedback from your creative peers?

If this is you, fill out an expression of interest for The Groundwork Scratch. You will have a 5 minute slot to share the work and then a 10 minute Q&A to receive feedback.

This event is being supported by NDCWales

*These artists will be selected on a first come first served basis

Artists will receive:

  • Help being linked to available studio spaces, such as Groundspace and NDCWales, vacant spaces to play with ideas and shape how you may share them

  • Feedback from an invited audience
