Adult Classes: Contemporary
Classes open to everyone and are held at the Dance House
In this class we will explore the basic principles of contemporary dance through a set of exercises and finish off with a dance phrase, to encourage and discover the joy of movement.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in; make sure any loose trousers do not come below the ankle. Can be done in bare feet or socks (please note trainers are not permitted in the studio).
What to bring: Layers to warm up and cool down in.

Our classes can get very busy, so we recommend booking online in advance to secure a place.
1. Pay as you go - book a place weekly
2. Book a class pass for the month ahead. This will secure you a place in the class every week.
You can also pay cash on the door before the class but this does not guarantee you a place.
